Meridian Township approved medical marijuana facilities in 2019 and has granted four special use permits for provisioning centers, but so far, no facilities have opened in the community. The Meridian Township Board of Trustees may ask residents about recreational marijuana in a community survey before deciding whether or not to allow adult-use businesses.
